Great quality! Cool designs just wish each piece was engraved but still cool!
I’m disappointed in the finish. It is uneven, and it looks like there are scratches—as though it was cleaned with something like a Brillo pad. It is more obvious in some places than others. The size and design are fine.
I ordered these for a client...they are better than I could imagine...we ordered numerous pieces to work with the dark copper bridge faucet...we have not yet installed as we received moments ago...Lovely indeed...
Remodeled our bath and we love how the bigger drain cap complements the shape of the vessel sink and our brass faucets. Our challenge was finding American fittings to accommodate the non-standard diameter of the fixture. Once that bridge was crossed, we couldn’t be happier. The closure mechanism works well. Water spots do show but we prefer the aged look to super flashy finishes. Shipping from Morocco was faster than expected considering current politics.

Custom height was perfect for this small rustic vessel sink. I asked several questions by chat and received quick responses. The faucet and drain arrived within a week. The height of the spout was exactly as I had requested. Installation was straight forward and two water lines were included, which was helpful. Patina is developing quickly, which I was really looking forward to for this 1920’s cottage bath remodel.
This product is perfect our situation. We have a log home. This was perfect for hanging out small frames of antique moth and butterfly collection on the uneven surface of large logs. Great product. A little tricky to assemble and install; however, it was worth it.

I have sent two emails back to this company asking for some advice. I have not heard from anyone and I keep getting a request for survey, but I have not put my faucet in because I’m waiting for a response from the support team. I didn’t get any instructions on the faucet and the spray nozzle fits very loosely in what they show is the holder. I would sure like to be able to visit with somebody.

This company has consistently been great to work with. Customer service is excellent, products are solid and well made. My concern with this shower-tub unit is the height. I contacted them as it did not work due to the standard plumbing span for the structures. My contractor had to work in a temporary fix, but the company quickly addressed my concern and shipped the extension needed. I have ordered three products from them and highly recommend them if you are considering a purchase. Be patient on your order, but know that the products are worth every minute of the wait.

What a fantastic company. The customer service is second to none. I absolutely love this shower, it is beautifully made. It was very carefully packaged and arrived quickly, each piece polished and gleaming. Sadly I realised this shower would not work for the space I bought it for and (quite cheekily) contacted the company regarding a refund. I wasn’t hopeful as it was outside of the returns period. But not only did Mehdi reply to my email within the hour, he had also refunded my full order before I had even posted it back including extra to cover the returns cost to ship back to Morocco. Ordered these faucets to replace faucets from another unlaquered brass faucet supplier that had quality issues (a pin hole leak that took out our kitchen ceiling just hours after being installed, pitting in a cast part, and a cracked fitting). The Vintage Faucet parts look great and work perfectly with no quality defects or leaks. Vintage Faucets also incorporated our custom dimension requests so the new faucets work great with our vessel sink.

I found the faucet to be very solid, heavy, and well built. I was a builder for a living so I've been around plenty of faucets. Outstanding value. Also, be informed that you'll be paying a duty once it arrives in country. Mine was handled through DHL. No big deal just be aware and look for the email. I paid $27.00 on a $200.00 faucet. Your shipment will be held up until payment is made. Understand, this is a shell company along with several thousand other companies in the same house in Sheridan, Wyoming. Tax reasons. I suspect all parties active in this company reside in Morocco. I found them to be responsive to my questions and prompt with fulfilling my custom order. I'll be ordering again.
